Haley Prange is originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa, and began her career in property and casualty insurance in 2017. She spent approximately six years as an underwriter before transitioning to the agency side, where she served as Marketing Director for a local Omaha agency, focusing on cultivating and managing carrier relationships.
Haley holds the Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation and has concentrated primarily on commercial and agriculture insurance since joining Plummer Insurance in 2025. She currently resides in Port Charlotte, Florida, having relocated to be closer to her family.
