Mike began his insurance career at Bankers Life Nebraska, immediately upon his graduation from Chadron State College in 1978. After several years of owning and managing his own life and health agency he joined Valley Insurance Services in 2002, which became part of Plummer Insurance in 2015. With Plummer Insurance, Mike has focused his career on a life, health, and business insurance lines.
Mike is active in the Gering and Scottsbluff community, volunteering as a Huddle Leader at Gering High School, serving as member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Western Nebraska Archery Associaion, and Calvary Memorial Church. He is also a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Services.
Mike and his wife, Roxanne, have one son, Tyler.
