Luke is a Hastings College graduate, originally from Chappell, Nebraska. He played Defensive Back on the Hastings Football team and graduated with a B.A. in Business Marketing. Immediately following college, Luke began his insurance career with a State Farm agency in Lincoln, NE.
In October of 2011 Luke had the opportunity to move back home and take over the American Family Insurance agency in Sidney. While with American Family Insurance, Luke won multiple awards for sales and service; including All-American honors – twice – and the Life Diamond Award.
Luke joined Plummer Insurance in 2014. He manages the Gering location and focuses primarily on business, farm-ranch, and personal insurance solutions.
Luke and his wife, Maggie, live in Gering with their young children Owen and Grace.
